“JAPANTEX 2022” was held in Tokyo, Japan, from 26th – 28th October 2022. A high-level Government Delegation, led by the Hon’ble Minister for Handlooms and Textiles, Principal Secretary to Government, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles, Khadi Department and Commissioner of Textile visited Japan and participated in the above fair to invite the Japanese Entrepreneurs for investigating in the Tamil Nadu Textile Sector. During the visit, the Delegation met the officials of the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI), Government of Japan, and invited Japanese entrepreneurs to invest in the Tamil Nadu Textile Sector.
